Terms of Service

By accessing and using Imagnica's video generation services ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Imagnica provides an AI-powered educational video generation platform. The Service allows you to:

• Submit a text prompt describing an educational topic
• Select video parameters including language (English or Hindi), duration (2, 5, or 15 minutes), and resolution (480p, 720p, or 1080p)
• Choose a plan (Lite, Pro, or Max) and pay per video
• Receive a generated video delivered to your email address within 1–12 hours

Imagnica is currently in Beta. This means:

• Features, pricing, and capabilities may change without prior notice
• Video quality and generation times may vary depending on system load and complexity
• The service may experience downtime for maintenance or updates

When using Imagnica, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information — Including a valid email address for video delivery. Using disposable, temporary, or fake email addresses may result in non-delivery.
• Submit lawful content — Your prompts must not request content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that infringes on the intellectual property or rights of any third party.
• Not abuse the platform — You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits, submit automated or bot-generated requests, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
• Not misrepresent generated content — You must not present AI-generated videos as human-created content if it would be misleading, particularly in academic or professional contexts.
• Respect one-request-at-a-time limits — Each email may only have one active generation at a time to ensure fair resource allocation.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any generation request that violates these obligations, without refund.

Our services are offered on a pay-per-video basis in three tiers:

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you additionally agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.

Prices are displayed in your local currency where available (INR, USD, EUR, GBP). All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with changes effective for new orders only.

Your content: You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. By submitting a prompt, you grant Imagnica a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process it for the purpose of generating your video.

Generated videos: You receive a non-exclusive license to use your generated video for personal and educational purposes. You may share, embed, or publish your generated videos, provided you do not claim they were created by a human if that would be misleading.

Imagnica's rights: We reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregate data from generated content (without identifying you) for service improvement, research, and promotional showcases. If your video is selected for our public showcase, we will obtain your explicit consent first.

Platform content: All Imagnica branding, interface designs, code, and documentation are the intellectual property of Imagnica and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• We do not guarantee that generated videos will be error-free, factually accurate, or meet your specific expectations. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you have paid to Imagnica in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated educational content before using it in academic, professional, or published settings.

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or infrastructure improvements
• Modify, update, or discontinue features with or without prior notice
• Adjust generation queue times based on system load and demand
• Change pricing, with changes applying to new orders only

For planned maintenance that may cause significant downtime, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any of these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent activity, including payment chargebacks without prior contact
• You submit prompts that violate our content guidelines
• You attempt to abuse, exploit, or compromise the platform's infrastructure

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any active generations may be cancelled without refund.

If you have a dispute regarding the Service:

1. Contact us first — Please reach out via our contact form before initiating any formal dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly.
2. Informal resolution — We will attempt to resolve your dispute informally within 30 days of receiving your complaint.
3. Jurisdiction — These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• For significant changes, provide notice via the Service or other appropriate means

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
