At Imagnica, we believe in transparency about how we handle your data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and what choices you have. By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. We do not require account creation — we use your email address solely for video delivery and essential communications.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Email address — Used to deliver your generated videos and send order-related communications (confirmation, progress updates, delivery).
- Video prompts — The topic, language, duration, and resolution you select when requesting a video generation.
- Payment information — Processed exclusively through Razorpay. We never store your card details, bank details, or UPI IDs on our servers.
- Contact messages — Any messages you send through our contact form, including your name and the content of your inquiry.
Information collected automatically:
- IP address — Used for fraud prevention, rate limiting, and detecting abuse on the platform.
- Approximate location — Derived from your IP address (country, region, city). Used for currency selection, analytics, and fraud detection. We do not use GPS or precise geolocation.
- Browser & device information — Standard technical information such as browser type and device type, collected via analytics to help us improve the user experience.
- Usage analytics — We use Vercel Analytics to understand traffic patterns and page performance. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Video generation & delivery — To process your prompt, generate your video using dedicated GPU resources, and deliver the final video to your email.
- Payment processing — To process transactions securely through Razorpay and maintain payment records for accounting purposes.
- Order communications — To send you confirmation emails, progress updates (when your video enters generation), and delivery notifications.
- Fraud prevention — To detect duplicate submissions, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and protect our platform from malicious activity.
- Service improvement — To understand usage patterns, identify bugs, and improve the quality of our video generation pipeline.
- Customer support — To respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests sent through the contact form.
We do not: Sell your data to third parties, send marketing emails without your consent, or use your prompts to train AI models outside of our service improvements.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) with the following protections:
- Encryption in transit — All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption.
- Encryption at rest — Data stored in Firebase Firestore and Cloud Storage is encrypted at rest using Google-managed encryption keys.
- Access control — Database access is restricted to authenticated admin accounts with server-side session management.
- Secure admin sessions — Admin authentication uses httpOnly, secure cookies with short expiration to prevent unauthorized access.
Generated video files are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage. Video URLs are shared only with the requesting user via email.
4. Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
Razorpay — Payment Processing

Used to deliver order confirmations, progress updates, and notify user via email.
5. Communications
We may send you the following types of emails:
- Transactional emails — Order confirmations, payment receipts, generation progress updates, and video delivery. These are essential to the service and cannot be opted out of.
- Support responses — Replies to your contact form submissions or support inquiries.
We do not send unsolicited marketing emails or newsletters unless you explicitly subscribe to one.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to deletion — Request deletion of your personal data from our systems. This includes generation records and associated video files.
- Right to data portability — Request your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Right to restrict processing — Request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.

7. Data Retention
We retain your data for the following periods:
- Generation records — Retained for up to 12 months after creation, then automatically purged unless required for legal or accounting purposes.
- Generated video files — Stored for up to 90 days after delivery. You should download your video promptly upon receiving the delivery email.
- Payment records — Retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws (typically 5–7 years).
- Contact messages — Retained for up to 6 months for support follow-up purposes.
You may request early deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
8. Children's Privacy
Imagnica is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
9. International Data Transfers
Our services are hosted on infrastructure provided by Google Cloud (Firebase) and Vercel, which may process your data in regions outside your country of residence. By using Imagnica, you consent to the transfer of your information to these facilities and understand that data protection laws in those regions may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
